They are available in thirteen different colors and you can choose horizontal or vertical roofing to meet your individual needs. They are available in various sizes starting at 12′ wide and range up to 40′ wide, up to 14′ in height and any length! Prices start at just $595 and installation (on your level land) is included in the price. Installation is available in SC, GA, TN, NC, KY,VA, TX OK, IL, IA, NE, MS, & MO.
All carports, garages, barns are available in regular style(bent bow), boxed eave style (A frame), or the vertical roof style (also A frame). The framing is available in 14 gauge or 12 gauge galvanized steel with 29 gauge steel sheeting. Any unit can be certified with an engineered blue print and are guaranteed to withstand up to 130 mph winds and up to a 45 psf snow load. (Wind and snow loads will vary by state.) The standard anchors are included in the pricing, but if the customer desires mobile home anchor they can be purchased. Some of the options include walk in doors 32″ X 72″ or 36″ X 80″, windows, gable ends, fully enclosed, extra panels, gable ends, & roll-up garage doors from 6′ X 6′ up to 10′ X 10′.
If you are in need of a garden shed, utility storage building, portable office, weekend cabin or even a playhouse we can help you there as well. We carry Rockland Mini Buildings which are built with the finest quality materials and great workmanship. All utility buildings begin 2 X 4 or 2 X 6 floor joists mounted on pressure treated skids for a sturdy foundation. The flooring is then installed using 3/4″ tongue and grooved AdvanTech which has a limited 50 year warranty. The walls and overhead framing have prime grade 2′ X 4′ spruce spaced on 24″ centers and attached with a full 2 X 4 top and bottom plate. The horizontally attached Duralap siding panels are painted on both sides for great looks on the inside and out.
They are available in 9 different colors with 14 different trim colors. Each building has 29 gauge Galvalume residential roofing panels for years of protection against the elements. While there are many options for our to suit your personal needs and tastes the building comes standard with 22″ X 36″ white aluminum frame windows complete with grids, 48″ wide entrance door complete with lockset, storm chain, drip cap for easy entrances and exits, wired for light, receptacle and switch. All building are available with the Standard style roof or the reverse pitch style.
Reverse pitch style buildings are framed using engineered trusses and 7′ wall studs. An optional 8′ wall is also available. Options that are available include: 7′ or 8′ stud walls *Standard Style Only 8′ stud walls *Reverse Pitch Only Pricing includes set up and delivery within a 25 mile radius of our location. Garage style portable buildings are also available. They come standard with 8′ stud walls and equipped with a 9′ X 7′ roll up door, a secondary entrance door and 2 windows. Garage style portable buildings use 2 X 6 floor joists on 16″ centers and each joist is notched into the skid for optimal strength. Due to the outstanding craftsmanship the notching of the floor panels allows the garage door rests 3/4″ below the surface of the floor allowing any rain water to remain outside.All garage style portable builds come equipped with steel “T-Braces” notched into the wall studs for superior strength during movement from the factory to your home as well as added wind and snow loads.
All portable buildings are available for purchase or rent with our easy rent to own plan. With the convenient rent to own there is no credit check and you only need a current driver’s license and current pay stub or proof of income. Including metal carports, detached garages, storage buildings and the horse barn.
Lawn Furniture - All lawn furniture is hand crafted and is made from pressure treated pine or cedar with stainless steel hardware. We carry swings, porch rockers, gliders, picnic tables etc. These chairs and rockers can be made oversized if the customer desires.
